Why should I give?
Your giving allows us to do everything we do at St Cuthberts. Your generosity enables the church to function and to carry out our mission of serving the town centre of Darlington.
This includes employing the clergy, and supporting our work with schools, children, families and young people who are vital for future generations at St. Cuthbert's. We also provide support to the elderly and vulnerable members of our community. Money from giving is also used to enable mission both in this country and abroad alongside maintaining and running our beautiful building.
If you already support St. Cuthbert's financially, we are extremely grateful, and those funds allow us to grow and develop the church. We couldn't do it without you. Thank you!
How can I give?
Regular Giving
The most effective way to give a regular donation is through the Parish Giving Scheme
The scheme allows you to:
- Donate monthly, quarterly or anually by Direct Debit
- Enhance your donation by 25% by adding Gift Aid
- You can choose to link your donation inline with inflation
- Give anonymously
- Donate securely
